Common Defects in Inkjet Printer and the Solutions
1.What causes white lines on the page? How to remove it?
a,The air entered the cartridge during installation, please clean the print head 1-2 times. Then you can use it.
b,The installation method is not correct, reinstall the cartridge and clean the print head 1-2 times.
c ,The aging of print head. Please replace the head with a new one.
2. The printer can’t identify the newly installed cartridge. Why?
a, Due to touching the chip with bare hand or the dust adheres to the chip surface, the printer can’t find the cartridge. Please clean the chip with dry tissue and reinstall the cartridge.
b, The spring touching needle in the print head is out of usage or damaged.
c, The spring tablet in the printer without chip is out of usage.
3. Why is the printed picture redder than the one showed on the computer screen?How to solve it?
That the printed result is not coherent with the computer designed one can be attributed to many reasons. This has something to do with computer designing as well as pixel. In order to get a satisfied printing result, follow the following operations: choose File—Print—Property—Custom—Advanced Dialog Box, now you can select any kind of resolution by yourself. |
